This is best decided by the therapist and may vary person to person and his requirements. The survival kit involves the basic techniques of body movements. Therapist asks his clients to practice this basic format for 3 minutes and three times in a day. However, the therapist according to the needs and the condition of the patient decides the exact schedule and treatment.
