Oleation
In this part, therapist applies oil on the body of an individual, which is helpful in removing toxins via digestive tract. This oil massage also helps in relaxing the body tissues.
Steam bath
This part includes steam bath in which medicated herbal oils are added. This always follows the oleation process.
Panchakarma therapiesVamana
This method includes therapeutic vomiting, which remove toxins from the respiratory tract.
Virechana
The key motive of this therapy is removing toxins from the gastrointestinal tract. When the excess bile gets accumulated, it can cause nausea, vomiting, fever, skin infections and other digestive troubles.NasyaThis therapy is a gentle cleansing method, which helps in the cleaning of the upper respiratory and eliminates toxins from the nose, sinuses, throat and head.Basti This method is considered as the most effective therapy for removal of toxins from the digestive tract, particularly rectum.
